We accept payments via the following payment services on our Website:
Stripe
Stripe is a payment processing platform. It allows online stores to accept online payments from customers. Stripe supports many payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apply Pay, Google Pay, giropay, Klarna, iDeal and more.
Credit/Debit Cards
Credit or debit card payments are processed through Stripe. To complete a payment online, you enter your card information at checkout. Depending on your card network and country, you may have some card features, such as additional security verification steps. Stripe supports multiple card brands: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), China UnionPay (CUP), eftpos Australia, Discover & Diners Club.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. In order to be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or first register and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store where you can complete the order process. Immediately after placing your order, the transaction will be carried out automatically by Amazon. Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple end device by following the verification steps. Bancontact
Bancontact is a system which enables customers in Belgium to initiate an online bank transfer in real time using their Bancontact debit cards. To pay with Bancontact, you will be redirected to the Bancontact website or mobile app to authorize the payment and then return to our website (www.planet-piu.com) where you will see an immediate notification of the success or failure of the payment.
EPS
EPS is an Austria-based payment method that lets customers complete transactions online using their bank credentials. All Austrian banks support EPS, and over 80% of Austrian online retailers accept it.
EPS redirects you to the bank’s website to authenticate a payment.
Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported end device by following the verification steps. iDeal
iDEAL is a Netherlands-based payment method that allows customers to complete online transactions using their banking credentials. All major Dutch banks are members of Currence, the scheme that operates iDEAL, making it the most popular online payment method in the Netherlands.
iDEAL redirects you to the online banking environment to authenticate a payment using a second factor of authentication, and there is immediate notification of the success or failure of a payment. Your exact experience will depend on your bank.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
Installment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by installments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: Your account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by e-mail.
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. MobilePay
MobilePay is a single-use card wallet payment method used in Denmark and Finland. It allows the customers to authenticate and approve payments using the MobilePay app.
When you pay with MobilePay, Stripe performs a card transaction using the card data which Stripe receives from MobilePay.
PayPal
Only a few steps to payment: 1. select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout. 2. you will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment. 3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal. 4. you will then be redirected back to us (www.planet-piu.com).
Przelewy24
Przelewy24 is a Poland-based payment method aggregator that allows customers to complete transactions online using bank transfers and other methods. Bank transfers account for 30% of online payments in Poland and Przelewy24 provides a way for customers to pay with over 165 banks.
Przelewy24 redirects you to their website to authenticate a payment and there is immediate notification about the success or failure of a payment.
Twint
TWINT is a single-use payment method used in Switzerland. It allows you to authenticate and approve payments using an approved TWINT mobile app.
2. Currencies and currency conversions
All prices in our website shop are in EURO. You can make payments in the currency of your card (this also applies to Google Pay and Apple Pay) or PayPal account. If your card currency is different from the currency of our website shop, your card issuer (bank) will convert the price into the currency of your card and charge the payment in your card’s currency. In this case your card issuer (bank) may charge a currency conversion fee. You can check with your card issuer (bank) for information on the fees charged for currency conversion.
